One thing that is bound to take a hit while we all sit at home is our health, especially our stamina. Experts recommend at least 15 minutes of exercise for adults to maintain a healthy life style.
Also I’m sure all those weight loss plans you made for the New Year have gone for a quarantine long vacation.
It’s time to wake up guys! Here are 5 cardio exercises that you can do at home:
1. Jumping Jacks
Repeatedly jump your feet wide while spreading your arms, then repeat. This little exercise can burn 100 calories in 10 minutes!

2. Jog in Place
You know how this works, just jog in a spot. Besides being a good exercise in itself, this can also serve as an excellent warm up before a more intensive workout.

3. Burpees
Squat on the floor, jump the feet to a plank position, jump back in, and standing up. This is one of the most popular cardio exercise and burns more than a 100 calories in 10 minutes.(if you can handle it for that long!)

4. Mountain Climbers
This is performed by running in your spot in the push-up position. Careful, this exercise can do a number on your wrists. But it also builds core endurance.

5. Squat Jumps
You perform this exercise by getting down on a squat position and jumping as high as you can. This not only burns calories but also builds strength in your leg muscles!
