Creating Inner Peace

Currently, the entire is filled with negative thoughts and these thoughts will continue to surround us for the next few months, until the lock-down is over. It is said that a person's life can be compared to that of a boat. A boat remains unsinkable until the water around it finds it's way inside. Like that a the world is filled with negativity and can bring down a person only if it gets inside their head.
In order to avoid this, a person can achieve inner peace to be stronger inside.
Ways to achieve inner peace:
Meditation:
Meditation helps you become aware of your present reality without engaging in it emotionally or reacting to it instinctively in a state of mental and emotional calm.
Exercise:
Yoga is often understood as an exercise only limited to performing yoga poses. The fact is yoga offers several mental and physical health benefits.
Be True to yourself:
Achieving peace means that the person has to be entirely accepting towards the person they are. You must accept yourself for who you are.
