Hi there! I’m Sukriti. I have just joined calm during COVID-19!
Recently I have been feeling really stressed about my exams, so I’ve been trying to find something to take my mind of it.
I was going through videos on YouTube yesterday and I found this video that caught my eye. Trust me, you need to watch it! It’ll change the way you look at life. Doesn’t make sense? Let me tell you more about it.
What is the first thought that comes to your mind when you open your eyes in the morning? Ugh! Another day of studying or another day of having nothing to do, right? Don’t let that thought enter your mind, instead of alarmingly having these stressful thoughts that bombard you, take a break, and breathe… Re-align your body and brain with the delightful soul that lives inside you! Every morning think that you are the one who gets to choose how you live every day! Isn’t that cool?
It’s all about your thought process, if you direct your focus towards the good and optimism, you will see a clear path right in front of you. Getting what I’m saying?
There is so much you can do! Go to your balcony and feel yourself! Give yourself the time and peace that your body requires.
