Why Not Bake a Cake!
I am pretty sure I am not the only one who craves for a dessert when boredom starts taking over you. Well, the first picture that hits my mind as soon as the word "dessert" pops in is a Chocolate cake, filled with molten chocolate inside, chocolate toppings - mainly choco chips and oreo crumbs - chocolate syrup on top, and any other way in which you can still fill more chocolate! (no that's just not actually true, or maybe....it is 😅... No its not! I am sure this time, yeah it not...). Well, one thing I have realized that this cake gives almost double the delight if you have made it yourself and if a "Professional Cook" like me (HEAVY PUN INTENDED!) can make it without any efforts, I am sure anyone can.
So here you go!
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS (Oh man I can already smell it!):-
2 CUPS OF LEFTOVER MIXED BISCUITS.
PUT THEM IN A GRINDER AND GRIND FOR 1 MIN.
ADD 1 CUP MILK, MIXED WELL FOR 30 SEC.
MIX 1 SACHET ENO.
TAKE A SAUCEPAN, BRUSH SOME OIL AND PLACE A BAKING PAPER.
POUR THE BATTER AND FIRE UP THE STOVE (MED. LOW FLAME).
PLACE A TAWA & PRE-HEAT PLACE THE SAUCEPAN.
COOK FOR 35-40 MIN. IN MED. LOW FLAME
THE CAKE'S READY. COOL IT COMPLETELY AND REMOVE THE MOULD IN A PLATE.
POUR CHOCOLATE SYRUP ON THE TOP SURFACE AND SPREAD WELL.
DECORATE WITH SOME CHOCOLATE SHAVINGS OR PIECES.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: Bon Appétit!!
